Bach Flower Remedies

"The action of these remedies is to raise our vibrations, and open up our channels for the reception of our spiritual self, to flood our natures with the particular virtue we need and wash out from us the fault which is causing harm." ~ Dr Edward Bach on his 38 Remedies.

The term 'Flower Remedy' refers to the products developed by Dr Edward Bach, a London bacteriologist and homeopath in the 1930s. He became disillusioned with the side effects of drug therapies, and turned his research to the healing power of nature. He believed that illness was a result of mental or emotional imbalance, and that the unique energetic property of a plant could be used to rectify an imbalance and restore the awareness of wholeness.

He classified the various emotions into seven main categories. These seven categories were then divided further into 38 negative feelings. Each negative emotion is associated with a particular plant. He also developed the well-known compound of five flowers called 'Rescue Remedy' to be used in emergency situations or for trauma. The remedies may be used to re-balance various negative emotions. With 38 remedies available that can be mixed there are a huge amount of possible combinations to uplift the emotions, and encourage a more positive lifestyle.

During your consultation with me, remedies will be discussed to help give you an insight as to how they may help you.The remedies will then be provided in a mixer bottle on the day, or sent in the post for you to take several times a day until the bottle is finished. Follow-up appointments, generally at 4-6 weekly intervals, are recommended to check in with your progress, and see if further remedies are required.
